1 Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
2 Planning and organizing sales call schedule.
3 Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
4 Visiting Clients place for installation or resolving the problems
5 Follow up with customers in regards of queries and payments
6 Working at office premises when visits are not there and completing the back end work
7 Dispatching material and looking after the process as per requirement
8 Collecting Payments from customers time to time
9 On monthly basis attaining meeting at office premises for a day
10 Executing all other tasks given by management
