Job Description

Controls the sales and business activities for the assigned Territory or city through the Promotions and Demos of Products to Customers .Plan of Daily work & objective with product mix and profit objectives of the company in line with company vision and values. Attends Service calls effectively to handle the Customers after sales Query and DO Proper Installation for Fresh orders.

  • Responsibilities:

    Achievement of Individual Target in sales volume & units 
    Promotions and Demo Of Products to Customers
    Identifying new Markets and Development of Business 
    Ensure timely Reporting and feedback
    Collection of Outstanding Payments and monitor of execution of orders
    Installation of New equipments at customer place & also to attend the Service calls for After Sales Service 

     

    Business Planning:


    • Confers with RSM,NSM and marketing personnel in the development of sales in the Assigned Territory , 
      Make Monthly plan to cover customer database and to Report Daily for field activity.
      Report of any Customer Related issues to superiors and concerned Department for feedback

      To Monitor competitors activities and plan/implement counter strategy to protect market share and business growth,

      Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented properly.

      Promotes the Johari Culture through positive ongoing customer relations

       

      • Managing Sales Execution: 

        Strengthens relationships and maintains a Good Rapo with KOLs and important customers of the territory through direct interface with the customers,
        Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, and opinion leaders, purchase in charges of big hospitals and important distributors.
        Report of field activity and Market feedback on time

        Market Development: 

        Coordination with Dealers for making a territory specific action plan to penetrate new market and growth from the existing market,
        Keep data of updated market potential and the competitor strengths and weaknesses.
        Monitor the market behavior, potential and competitor activities on an on-going basis

        Key competencies: 

        The individual must have strong selling abilities, strategic planning skills, He must be skilled in the areas of communication, and negotiation. The individual must also have the ability to manage KOLs Purchase in charge and corporate hospitals. Candidate must demonstrate ability to work in a matrix sales organization. Strong understanding of distribution needs and experience of handling large Accounts and markets

        Experience :  
        Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare & Medical Devices industry in totality
