As an International Education Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the service provided by the Institute. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

As an International Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible to collect data, sort and analyze it to produce quality result.
• Achieve targets for Leads.
• Responsible for counseling students.
• Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every student’s individual requirement.
• Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions.
• Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas.
• Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Institute.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
• Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor (or above) qualification or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 year counseling experience preferably in the global education industry
• Both male & female candidate can be considered.
• Computer skills including, Word, Excel.
• Fluent in English - written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
